We aim to ensure aspirations for sustainable construction and renewable energy become a reality, by assisting clients and design teams in procuring and managing specific operations to deliver ‘best value’ sustainable solutions.

Drawing on specialist knowledge and expertise, we provide a comprehensive review of the feasibility and cost implications regarding low carbon design and renewable energy technologies.

Our focus is on identifying and assessing economic viability, together with the associated benefits and impact of design options from both a cost and legislative perspective.

Our philosophy of providing informative, innovative cost-effective solutions is delivered via a wealth of experience and expertise in the following:-

Renewable Energy Option Analysis and Appraisals

Energy Efficiency Analysis and Benchmarking

Energy Efficiency Initiatives

BREEAM Cost Advice

EcoHomes Energy Appraisals

Working Towards a Low Carbon Economy

Over the next 10 years, the construction industry aims to make a low carbon economy become a reality, as it works towards meeting the legislative drivers of 34% reduction in carbon emmissions by 2020 and 80% by 2050.

A review of the construction industry to ensure it was ‘fit for purpose’ for delivering a low carbon future, was led by the UK Chief Construction adviser Paul Morrell.
